Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or high-performance environments.
• Top of class at a renowned university in business, finance, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for company growth.
• Experience in marketing and sales, data analytics, and tools like Python/R.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for team retreats.
• Located in Frankfurt or Berlin preferred.
• Flexibility to work remotely in CET +/- 2h time zones.
