• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR duties and tasks
• Involved in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
• Learn advanced screening and research methods
• Canvas Spanish-speaking University portals for job postings
• Document HR actions through forms and reports
• Participate in various aspects of human resources management

Requirements

• Current student majoring in human resources or business
• Spanish native speaker
• Available at least 15 hours a week
• Excellent writing/communication skills in English
• Thorough, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Desire to pursue a career in human resources
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Academic credit or school agreement is mandatory
• Able to work remotely
