Technical Lead - Agent Journey - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our Agent Journey team — a cross-functional group focused on scaling the platforms and systems that power our agents’ day-to-day success.

In Short

• Lead development across Salesforce and AWS platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for Salesforce vendor partners.
• Architect and implement integrations across Salesforce and other systems.
• Own infrastructure observability with tools like DataDog.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, BI, and engineering teams.
• Define and enforce best practices across code quality and DevOps workflows.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and growing internal technical talent.
• Operate with an agile mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
• Strong understanding of modular system design and CI/CD.
• Experience with modern programming languages like TypeScript, Python, Go.
• Practical experience with AWS services.
• Familiar with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to lead distributed or vendor-based engineering teams.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools.
