In Short

• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP EAM/ETM implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP EAM/ETM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EAM, PM, and ETM modules.
• Provide guidance on industry best practices in asset management.
• Conduct workshops and deliver training sessions.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Collaborate with business teams and technical consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP EAM and ETM experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, EAM, and ETM modules.
• Proven success in delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes and maintenance.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI, and external systems.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
