Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid social or digital media, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proficiency in campaign management on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Client-facing experience with a track record of building trust and delivering results.
• Prior team leadership or mentorship experience—formal or informal.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Proactive, independent work ethic combined with a collaborative approach.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with focus and flexibility.
