Overview

This position is responsible for driving retail sales account growth by establishing, maintaining, and managing effective distributor partnerships.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Directors.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key accounts and distributor partners.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies.
  • Provide monthly reviews to assess performance.
  • Implement goals and performance tracking with distributor sales teams.
  • Drive distributor engagement through support and training.
  • Monitor and provide updates on sales performance.
  • Review territory sales data for improvement opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account/distributor management.
  • Prior experience in beverage industry sales preferred.
  • Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in networking and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities independently.
  • Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
