Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing.
• Strong proficiency in technology and billing platforms.
• Experience in collections and resolving discrepancies.
• Insurance verification and eligibility experience.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making.
