Overview

As a Clinical Provider Sourcer/Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting providers across the state of Texas, contributing to the growth of NeueHealth.

In Short

• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Experience in primary care and knowledge of the Texas healthcare landscape is required.
• Manage candidate interactions in accordance with employment law.
• Utilize online tools and ATS (Greenhouse) for sourcing.
• Act as an Employer Brand Champion externally.
• Bring innovative strategies to the recruitment process.
• Prioritize open positions as business needs change.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of clinical talent.
• Work remotely from Texas.
• This is a contract assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of sourcing or full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Three years of experience in clinical provider-focused recruiting.
• Experience in corporate and staffing agency environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
