In Short

• Translate business goals into technical solutions, creating detailed specifications of the solution, from software architecture to UI wireframes and prototypes.
• Drive the discovery and research phase: conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitor research, user research, study the product to uncover explicit and implicit needs.
• Validate hypotheses and solutions through evaluative research, usability testing, and feedback loops to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Prepare and facilitate research and validation sessions, including development of scenarios, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Own the solution design and present it to stakeholders, explaining trade-offs and facilitating informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business and tech teams, translating domain language into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Support and coordinate the implementation process, resolving ambiguities and ensuring alignment with the agreed solution.
• Maintain and evolve solution specifications, including diagrams if needed.
• Conduct hands-on user-level testing of implemented features to verify design effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed functional descriptions to onboard designers into the feature development process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Program Manager / Product Manager/ Product Analyst / Business Systems Analyst or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and communicate them clearly.
• Experience writing detailed specifications, use cases, or user stories.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or complex multi-system environments.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, or working closely with UX teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and office productivity tools (Google Workplace).
• Knowledge of Figma or any other prototyping tool.
