Software Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Client is based in PST (working hours, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm CET).
• Team meeting 1-2 times per week, around 5-7pm.
• Required on-call work: daytime (12h) + weekly rotation.
• Weekly rotation (from Monday till Sunday): engineer is required to be available in case of emergency.
• Two OnCall rotations in Berlin and SF time (12h a day each).
• On-calls happen in a rotation cycle.
• If the developer can’t take an on-call, they look for a replacement on their own.
• Monthly salary ranges: B2B: 15,600 - 26,900 PLN + VAT, UoP: 13,000 - 22,400 PLN (gross).

• Experience in software development.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with on-call work.
