Overview

Netflix is seeking a detail-oriented Analytics Engineer to join the Open Connect Infrastructure Capacity Planning team. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to inform strategic capacity decisions and ensure seamless service for members.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python scripting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., Tableau).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Product mindset with a curiosity to understand business needs.
  • Experience in infrastructure operations is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building high-quality models.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
