Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Strong skills in VDI administration (vCenter, VM management).
• Proven experience managing large-scale environments.
• Ability to maintain and update OS images.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with service management processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
