Commercial Sustainability Manager (B2B SaaS) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Salesperson for our SaaS product at our young, purpose-driven software company with a startup character. NetCero is Austria's leading provider of ESG management and reporting software. We are currently growing strongly in Germany and the BENELUX countries. With our platform, companies manage their entire sustainability strategy – from materiality analysis to ESRS and VSME reporting, to greenhouse gas emissions and decarbonization strategies. Over 100 ESG leaders are already relying on our intuitive software.

In Short

• Organizing demo appointments with potential new customers - cold calling
• Acquisition of leads and new customers, as well as support throughout the entire sales funnel, from sales activities to closing
• Maintaining the CRM system
• Building a network of multipliers and partners
• Networking and representing the company at trade fairs and congresses
• Further development and implementation of the existing sales strategy
• Conducting strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
• Strategic considerations for market development

Requirements

• At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
• Experience in establishing initial contacts (cold calling)
• Strong self-motivation, teamwork, as well as an independent and structured working style
• Good verbal and written communication skills (DE/EN)
• Proactive with a strong 'hunter mentality'
• Experience in demanding B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to changes
• Experience in the sustainability field or with sustainability reporting is an advantage
• Existing B2B network is a bonus
• Willingness for occasional on-site meetings and trade fair visits
