Web Design Supervisor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Web Design Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end development of our web-based projects.

• This is a 12-month full-time temporary position.
• Oversee the development of high-quality, scalable websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Improve team talent, loyalty, and empathy.
• Coordinate with managers and clients to exceed expectations.
• Maintain the Design Guide(s) and Design Library.
• Review processes for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure organized design files are uploaded to the Design Library.
• Communicate project progress to clients and Account Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in leadership and people management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams in different time zones.
• Project Management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Illustrator; experience with Figma a plus.
• Experience with designing cohesive website mockups and online advertising.
• Understanding of design elements including typography and layout.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Ability to create or obtain graphics for websites and ads.
• Portfolio required for application consideration.
