Overview

The Global Human Resources Business Partner (GHRBP) is a business-aligned, client-obsessed professional who owns the relationship between HR and the individual leaders of dedicated functional areas of the business, regardless of geographical location. The GHRBP is an active member of the internal client’s management team and the OneHR global human resources team. The GHRBP leads and manages the people management-related agenda, driving the required change management projects and the related internal communications. The GHRBP acts not only as an HR consultant for key talent decisions, but also shares the responsibility for meeting functional client goals with and through people.

  • Acts as a facilitator for management teams in people management.
  • Identifies and prepares development plans for key and high potential employees.
  • Builds strong business relationships with internal clients.
  • Engages in talent management processes to maximize growth.
  • Drives HR processes and programs at the client side.
  • Manages complex HR projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills.
  • Balances organizational needs with compliance and best practices.
  • Utilizes knowledge of HR policies and best practices to guide clients.
  • Works independently to align local programs with corporate practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in global HR capacity.
  • Latin America experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and credibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
