Power BI Developer - Remote

Overview

This role will primarily be working on the BI Future project at Benenden Health, creating golden semantic models and a centralised reporting catalogue to replace the large number of existing internal reports.

In Short

• Working with the Business Intelligence Architect to deliver key elements of the BI Future project.
• Design and develop golden semantic models based on business requirements.
• Develop and deploy PowerBI reports ensuring they are data rich and user friendly.
• Implement best practices for semantic model and report design.
• Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PowerBI for developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience in creating large semantic models for reporting.
• Good knowledge of SQL and DAX.
• Experience in testing reports/models against raw data.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI service.
• Experience on similar projects is advantageous but not necessary.
