Corporate Recruiter (Contractor - South America) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter based in South America to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us rapidly scale our sales, customer retention, and operational teams. This role will focus on managing fast-moving pipelines, sourcing at scale, and delivering hundreds of quality hires per month across Sales, Customer Retention, Technical Support, and Operations teams while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and hiring quality.

• Manage high-volume, active pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations teams.
• Source and review candidates at scale through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure continuous high-quality candidate flow.
• Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools and automation.
• Coordinate and schedule hundreds of interviews monthly.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with People Operations for smooth onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on high-volume hiring environments.
• Proven track record of managing fast-paced, high-volume pipelines.
• Expert-level proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment automation tools.
• Ability to work independently in metrics-driven environments.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
