In Short

• Conduct structured cold calls in the B2B sector (German & English).
• Contact pre-filtered, ICP-relevant leads to confirm general interest (no sales, no closing).
• Schedule appointments or hand over to the next sales level.
• Test different conversation approaches and target groups.
• Document results and feedback from conversations.
• Simultaneously manage up to 3 customer accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling/telephone outreach is an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Ability to conduct conversations efficiently and clearly.
• Professional demeanor on the phone.
• Quick understanding of new target groups and topics.
