NEOLYMP was founded in 2018 in Berlin with the vision of making fitness accessible to everyone. We develop high-quality fitness products such as resistance bands, yoga mats, and training equipment that help people around the world lead an active lifestyle.

In Short

• Produce and edit creative video ads for platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
• Create high-quality listing graphics for our Amazon shop and Shopify store.
• Develop visual content (images, animations, videos) for social media engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Suite: Professional use of Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Design and optimize promotional materials for various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to visually support and develop campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficient in video editing and creating performance-oriented content.
• Strong skills in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and ideally Premiere Pro.
• E-commerce experience creating product and listing graphics for platforms like Shopify and Amazon is a plus.
• Understanding of how visual content contributes to optimizing conversions and audience targeting.
• Creativity & initiative: Bringing in your own ideas and thinking solution-oriented.
• Structured working style: Independence, organizational talent, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good German language skills for smooth communication within the team and with external partners.
