Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise Client seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in both digital and print design, with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design. This role will focus on developing compelling visual assets to support our marketing and branding initiatives.

In Short

• Create visually engaging designs for trade shows, experiential events, marketing campaigns, icons/illustrations, online banners, and presentations.
• Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, and print materials.
• Develop branding elements and maintain visual consistency across all content.
• Collaborate with global marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Maintain and update the asset library for efficient design management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience working with an enterprise B2B-focused creative team.
• Strong skills in producing both print and digital assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Flexible schedule to align with Pacific Time.
