The PPC Specialist at ThinkBait will manage and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns across various Life Insurance brands, playing a crucial role in shaping performance marketing for Neilson Financial Services.

Fully remote role for residents of the UK.
Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
Analyze campaign performance for lead growth.
Optimize ad copy for better CTR and Quality Score.
Coordinate compliance for ad copy changes.
Implement smart bidding strategies.
Track KPIs and present performance insights.
Collaborate with marketing for landing page optimization.
3+ years of PPC experience preferred.
Strong communication and data-driven mindset required.

Requirements

Expertise in Google Ads; Bing Ads experience is a plus.
Experience with bulk campaign management.
Strong keyword research skills.
Proficient in Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Familiarity with competitor monitoring tools.
Experience in financial services is advantageous.
