Overview

The Paralegal will work at the Pasadena Self-Help Legal Access Center under the attorney's supervision, providing information and assistance to self-represented individuals focusing on housing issues.

In Short

Assist with educational materials and document assistance for civil issues.
Screen and prioritize legal assistance for over 80 individuals daily.
Supervise and train volunteers.
Work collaboratively with staff attorneys.

Requirements

Paralegal Certificate or relevant degree with experience.
Knowledge of court forms and procedures.
Excellent organizational and writing skills.
