Assessment Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

NBME is excited to announce an opportunity for two Test Construction Analysts to join our dynamic Test Development team. In this project-based role, you'll be responsible for providing critical analysis, test construction, publication services, and system support across a range of high-impact examination programs. These include the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE), North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE), Medical School Services, and NBME Self-Assessment Services. This is a unique chance to contribute to the quality and integrity of exams that shape the future of healthcare and veterinary professionals. While this is a project role expected to last between 18 to 24 months, individuals hired into this position will be eligible for the same comprehensive benefits as regular NBME employees.

In Short

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in programming relevant to the business unit.
• Significant expertise with data analysis tools (R, Python, Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly.
• Some knowledge of assessment and psychometrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
