Privacy Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Privacy Business Analyst will support the delivery and management of privacy-related technology solutions, primarily focusing on the OneTrust SaaS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve privacy operations.

In Short

• Facilitate change management by translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business units to design and test system updates.
• Handle user access requests and conduct quarterly access reviews.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues across stakeholders.
• Monitor system workflows daily for errors and bugs; triage and resolve issues.
• Manage and track support tickets with vendors and internal teams.
• Support the System Administrator in day-to-day application management.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on system performance and usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to identify gaps, risks, and recommend solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
