• Contract role (40 hours/week) with potential for extension.

• Build and maintain renewal workbooks and support financial projects.
• Draft benefit communications and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with audits and maintain accuracy across systems.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality checks.
• Support ad hoc benefits projects.
• Requires precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Google Suite.
• Experience drafting benefits-related documents.
• Understanding of financial structures like fully insured and self-funded plans.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Availability to commit to 35-40 hours/week.
