The Switchboard Operator plays a vital role as the first point of contact for guests, partners, and employees, managing incoming calls and ensuring friendly, professional assistance.

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or phone operator role.
• Experience in automotive or RV industries is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to cover calls during business hours.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
