Member Leadership Series Facilitators - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility is to independently conduct the Member Leadership Series conferences for middle school and high school students, facilitating curriculum, providing counsel, and motivating students.

• Facilitators work in pairs and receive support from National FFA staff.
• Average audience size is 70-200 students.
• Flexible availability is required for the conference season.

Requirements

• Confidence in facilitating student groups.
• Ability to coach, evaluate, and motivate students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in planning and facilitating conferences.
• College degree in relevant fields preferred.
