Part-Time Faculty (Remote) - Graduate Finance

Overview

The Adjunct Faculty is directly responsible for the delivery of the approved curricula to the students and other matters as assigned in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the university.

• Responsible for teaching graduate finance courses.
• Must hold an earned doctorate or a combination of qualifications in finance.
• Requires five years of professional experience in finance.
• Requires documented teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
• Participates in curriculum development and assessment.
• Maintains accurate academic records for students.
• Attends faculty meetings and university functions.
• Works with advisory committees as needed.
• Must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
• Contract position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in finance or related field.
• Master’s degree in finance may be required.
• Active finance license or certification preferred.
• Five years of scholarly activity in finance.
• Five years of documented teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and research skills.
• Management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Physical ability to perform teaching duties.
