Overview

Join a team that makes a difference in the lives of children and teens in the US foster care system! NAA is seeking a Project Specialist to join its team!

In Short

  • Provide administrative and programmatic support to the AdoptUSKids project.
  • Support the leadership team and child welfare agencies.
  • Assist with webinar/meeting support and quality assurance.
  • Maintain data and provide back-up customer service to Spanish-speaking families.
  • Coordinate events including virtual and in-person logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with various partners and stakeholders.
  • Work remotely with occasional travel within the US.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support.
  • Contribute to a dedicated team focused on child welfare improvements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of high-level administrative experience.
  • Prior nonprofit or child welfare experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Commitment to quality customer service.
