Overview

The Supervisor, Denials and Appeals supervises a team of Revenue Cycle Analysts and Denials and Appeals Specialists, ensuring accuracy in billing and improving claims processing and revenue recovery.

• Supervise team performance and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Lead and/or supervisory experience.
• Experience with insurance denials and claims management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of the claim life cycle and denial research.
• Ability to analyze payments and diagnose issues.
