Senior Product Manager - Omnichannel Communication Hub - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the evolution of our Omnichannel Communication Hub, driving feature development and optimization to increase adoption and impact. We are looking for an innovative product manager who seeks to enhance patient and provider experiences by delivering a tool that ensures seamless, timely, and meaningful communication across multiple channels.

In Short

• Identify opportunities with internal stakeholders to scope new features that can deliver business value.
• Evaluate communication solutions and technical approaches, considering both buy vs. build solutions to balance outcome and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to plan for operational changes driven by new platform and features.
• Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on feedback.
• Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Provide detailed requirements, prioritize backlogs, participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with UX designers, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development or digital product management.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, or communications is a plus.
• Direct, hands-on experience with developing and launching communication tools. Twilio experience is a plus.
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
• Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in BI tools preferred.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
