Product Manager - Laboratory Software - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager in the Laboratory Product Management Team, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and execution of initiatives aimed at components that are part of Natera’s laboratory test execution software.

In Short

• Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for laboratory test execution software.
• Create and maintain a technical product roadmap.
• Lead strategic development initiatives to enhance the platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert on software products.
• Develop strong hands-on technical knowledge of Natera's software products.
• Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Drive projects from inception to delivery.
• Document functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and software demonstrations.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Life Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with product requirement documentation.
• Strong technical skills: APIs, relational databases, monitoring tools.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to break down large projects into milestones.
• Experience in software development lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
