Product Manager for Clinical Order Service - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the digital product management group, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and execution of initiatives aimed at optimizing our centralized clinical order service.

In Short

• Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for the company’s order management system, aligning with business objectives.
• Create and maintain a roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that enhance the handling of clinical orders.
• Partner with engineering teams, product managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure cross-alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support.
• Manage the backlog of requests and features and prioritize it accordingly.
• Accountable for high quality, solid documentation of functional and technical requirements, KPIs, success metrics.
• Participate / Facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams.
• Analyze relevant data to drive decision-making and inform future roadmaps.
• Establish key processes to increase team velocity.
• Partner with QA teams to align on quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Validated experience in the development of robust product requirement documentation for highly performing applications or backend systems.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically.
