Clinical Data Reporter - Remote

Overview

Natera is currently seeking a Clinical Data Reporter to join the operations Reporting team. The role involves reviewing test reports for accuracy of patient demographics and regulatory compliance, alongside data entry and customer service responsibilities.

In Short

• Review test reports for accuracy of patient information.
• Document and update patient accounts.
• Communicate with various specialists to obtain required information.
• Respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Participate in updating standard operating procedures.
• Assist with mentoring new employees.
• Check for data accuracy and completeness.
• Work with PHI regularly.
• Complete HIPAA/PHI training within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain current training requirements.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• Previous computer experience required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with challenging circumstances.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform duties with high accuracy.
