IT Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping, defining, and delivering digital solutions that drive business outcomes. Acting as a liaison between the IT Global Delivery Team and Business Stakeholders, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate business and technical requirements, and identify opportunities to maximize digital initiatives in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors.

In Short

• Lead Agile processes to deliver features iteratively.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog.
• Work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance to the Agile team.
• Mentor junior resources and assist in removing blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in requirement gathering and process modeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Functional knowledge of ERP EBS solutions.
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
