• Organize and conduct all Scrum meetings.
• Partner with Product Management to meet project objectives and achieve maximum project ROI.
• Manage sprint planning and execution.
• Facilitate release planning and scheduling.
• Own the identification and management of cross-team dependencies.
• Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis.
• Manage multiple teams with tight deadlines.
• Ensure high throughput of development teams.
• Predict Sprint Impediments and plan mitigation.
• Work with various teams to prioritize and groom product backlog.

Requirements

• Must have Skills: Scrum Master, Risk management (Expert), Jira.
• Strong background in agile project management.
• Expert in Agile Scrum framework.
• Drive to build self-organized development teams.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Technical background & willing to participate in discussions.
