Overview

The Agile Delivery Manager/Scrum Lead will drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely product increments while coaching teams on Agile practices.

• Oversee delivery of product increments from planning to release.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Agile delivery experience including as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong experience in product planning, estimation, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
