Overview

Nabi Health is seeking a part-time contract Sourcer to support our recruitment pipeline by sourcing Registered Dietitians via LinkedIn and internal tools.

In Short

Source Registered Dietitians on LinkedIn based on state coverage.
Build organized prospect lists.
Use Clay to enrich candidate data.
Tag and segment talent by various criteria.
Deliver weekly batches of qualified candidates.
Maintain data hygiene and accuracy.
Communicate asynchronously with the team.
Adjust sourcing criteria as needed.
Commit to ~5–10 hours per week.
Long-term engagement preferred.

Requirements

Experience sourcing candidates.
Strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and candidate sourcing tools.
Ability to maintain data accuracy.
Effective communication skills.
