NABA is seeking a motivated International Field Operations Officer to support the International Enrollment team in maximizing student recruitment results.

• Support execution of strategies for student recruitment.
• Manage relationships with prospective students and agencies.
• Assist in organizing recruitment and marketing events.
• Respond to inquiries from agents and students.
• Record candidates' data in CRM systems.
• Support Area Managers in operational activities.
• Facilitate admissions processes.
• Monitor pipeline and new applications.
• Collaborate with team members on daily tasks.
• Prepare for and attend recruitment events.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Degree in business or related field.
• Good knowledge of English.
