Overview

The Sales Commissions Analyst supports the North Direct Field Sales team by accumulating and analyzing data for payroll, financial statements, reports, and tax preparation related to commissions.

In Short

  • Collects and analyzes weekly sales and commission calculations for payment to sales representatives
  • Works closely with Payroll team to ensure commission calculations are accurate
  • Provides ongoing support by researching and resolving sales compensation inquiries
  • Analyzes payment data to identify and resolve errors
  • Identifies discrepancies and resolves issues proactively
  • Ensures compliance with compensation policies, including SOX compliance
  • Creates custom reports for sales reps
  • Updates reports tracking key metrics in payment data
  • Retrieves and formats data at the request of sales representatives
  • Collaborates with team members to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in sales compensation administration
  • Prior experience in the payments industry
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate confidently with leaders
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
