In Short

• Execute communication strategies aligned with Walrus’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to develop compelling stories.
• Drive execution for strategic initiatives demonstrating Walrus's need in the digital marketplace.
• Build profiles of Walrus spokespersons and drive spokesperson preparation.
• Plan and execute Walrus announcements ensuring messaging consistency.
• Write and edit high-quality content conveying Walrus's technical capabilities.
• Support conference and event planning including travel for onsite communications.
• Adapt communications for different markets with regional teams.
• Support crisis communications response as needed.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of communications experience, with at least 2 years in technology or finance.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Experience managing media and vendor relationships.
• Experience preparing speaker support materials.
• Track record of successful product or program launches.
