Overview

We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Clinical Support and Patient Experience Specialist, trained as a doctor (MD), to join our team in a remote position, delivering exceptional support to our patients.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional, compassionate patient support via Zendesk, chat, and phone consultations.
  • Master tools like Zendesk and internal CRMs to respond to patient inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to identify and implement innovative technical solutions.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing support workflows.
  • Qualifications: MD or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within mental health, immunology, or cardiovascular disease.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret medical research and complex patient needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to adapt work hours to accommodate patient needs.
  • Registered and licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines.
