Utility Worker - Remote

Overview

The Utility Worker at Sonoco is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by collaborating with various departments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with departments to complete manufacturing tasks.
• Load metal ends in the rotofeed.
• Dump trash from production lines.
• Relieve for breaks on the palletizer and depalletizers.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Work rotating shifts primarily from 1:30pm - 10pm.
• Must have a strong attendance record.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Opportunity for advancement with a high school diploma or GED.
