Material Handler I - 3rd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Material Handler I position is responsible for moving products within the plant using a forklift and ensuring the efficient performance of assigned duties.

In Short

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Handle and distribute finished goods and raw materials.
• Check and verify tags, markings, and labels for accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain parts inventory and assist with monthly inventory.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance is crucial for team success.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Requirements

• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Get it done attitude with urgency to resolve tasks.
• Ability to work in a repetitive and physical environment.
