Muslim Advocates (MA) is a national legal-advocacy, social-justice, and educational organization dedicated to advancing civil rights and social justice for diverse Black, African, Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, and South Asian (BAAMEMSA) communities, as well as other historically marginalized groups across the United States. The organization works collaboratively with grassroots and community-based partners to dismantle discriminatory systems and fight systemic oppression through a combination of public education, policy work, litigation, and direct legal services. MA is committed to building community power and defending movements from targeted state repression, ensuring that its legal work is impactful and community-centered.
