Overview

Join our team as an Employee Expense Management Associate Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring effective oversight and optimization of company spending.

In Short

  • Resolve employee expense management inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Execute and perform controls related to EEM process and systems.
  • Manage the maintenance of Employee Vendor Master Data.
  • Perform duplicate payment checks for Employee Reimbursements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the travel and expense process.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops on expense policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with various organizations to resolve process and technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and expense guidelines.
  • Participate in Local or Global EEM projects related to system enhancements.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize workload while maintaining a positive customer service culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting department.
  • AP experience preferred.
  • Expense Management experience preferred.
  • Experience in using SAP CONCUR preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
  • PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with a strong continuous learning mindset.
