As a Virtual Front Desk at Moxie, you will support a portfolio of MedSpas, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism, allowing nurses to focus on patient care.

In Short

• Answer incoming phone calls and messages.
• Appointment setting and managing appointments.
• Answer basic questions about the MedSpas.
• Escalate complex questions to the MedSpa owner.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant or Front Desk Operator.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in sales and lead conversion.
• Availability to work during US hours.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Confident and independent problem-solver.
