InfoSec RFP and Vendor Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The InfoSec RFP and Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for managing formal responses regarding the Motive Information Security Program, including RFPs, contract renewals, and vendor assessments.

In Short

• Understand Motive's security controls and policies.
• Draft responses to security RFPs and questionnaires.
• Perform third-party vendor assessments.
• Interface with customers regarding information security.
• Develop and implement information security policies.
• Maintain the Security Trust Portal.
• Work with various stakeholders on documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other areas of the company.
• Document information security policies and procedures.
• Manage compliance certifications and security documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Info Security, IT, or Computer Science.
• Three plus years in IT audit, IT security, or Systems Administration.
• Experience with RFPIO or similar RFP tools.
• Strong understanding of technology environments and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in documenting security policies is a plus.
• Technical writing experience preferred.
• CISA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• High level understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC frameworks.
• Experience as a technical project manager is a plus.
• Self-starter requiring little supervision.
