Overview

The Associate Systems Administrator at Motive will be responsible for the administration, management, and support of Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by various teams. This role involves working closely with a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design effective solutions that significantly impact the company’s growth.

In Short

  • Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management and data updates.
  • Manage end-user profile configurations and reporting.
  • Oversee onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Analyze enhancement requests and implement changes.
  • Manage workload and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Create and update documentation for team use.
  • Implement minor admin-level changes in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Engineering background with technology related to Business Systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Salesforce Administration Certification is required.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com’s Sales and Service Cloud Architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Zuora and NetSuite is a plus.
