Overview

The School Admissions Liaison provides support to prospective students by providing information on school and community programs/services available as well as school activities and enrollment procedures; promotes school enrollment through community events, networking, online sources, and verbal and written communication; and fosters and supports an ongoing partnership between the home and school community.

• Visits families and students to provide information and support.
• Addresses school-related communications within 24 business hours.
• Skilled in using educational software and communication tools.
• Requires personal transportation for student meetings and events.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills and community engagement.
• Background in marketing, communications, or event planning.
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• State and federal background clearance to work with students.
• Proof of a clear TB test upon employment.
